The star of the menu is undoubtedly their pho, featuring options like Pho with Sliced Steak & Meatballs, Tenderized Brisket & Beef Ribs, and a delightful Pho with Grilled Chicken. Each bowl delivers a deeply fragrant, savory beef broth infused with traditional spices, perfectly balancing the tender beef cuts, fresh noodles, and crisp herbs. The grilled BBQ Short Ribs served atop delicate vermicelli noodles create a mouthwatering harmony of smoky and savory notes, while the Lemon Grass Chicken paired with fresh spring rolls offers a bright, herbaceous freshness. Those seeking a lighter, refreshing option often rave about the Mango Shrimp Salad and the Vegetarian Vermicelli Noodle Bowl, both bursting with vibrant textures and clean flavors.
Complement your meal with their thoughtfully curated drinks menu. Indulge in the creamy, velvety Avocado Smoothie or the refreshing Fresh Lemon Soda — perfect to cleanse the palate. Another appreciated the owner’s Vietnamese roots, noting the thoughtful adaptations in broth flavor that appeal to a broad spectrum of palates without sacrificing authenticity.
Although the Summer Rolls received mixed reviews regarding rice paper thickness, other appetizers like the Fried Spring Rolls and Mango Shrimp Salad consistently win hearts for their crisp textures and fresh ingredients. The restaurant also accommodates various dietary preferences with vegetarian options and ample add-ons like extra meat or vegetables.

Excellent food and service! Bright and comfy space with lots of windows.
While staying in Vancouver, my family came here twice within a week! Their pho broth is good—highly recommend the Tenderized Brisket & Beef Ribs Pho, the portion is very generous and could easily be shared with two. For appetizers, the Fried Spring Rolls and Mango Shrimp Salad were good, we also tried the Summer Rolls but was not a fan (rice paper was too thick and they loaded it too much with bean sprouts, and the dipping sauce was bland). The Pork & Spring Roll Vermicelli Bowl was good!
Great food. Owner speaks Vietnamese. That’s awesome. The broth is not something I am used to. I think it is catered to westerners and not for typical Vietnamese. Nothing wrong with it, just not your typical Vietnamese pho. The size is decent and I didn’t order a large size. The only downside was they ran out of durian (my favorite). They also didn’t have as many options as those that I usually frequent. It’s almost like they focused on the little few main dishes that they are good at? Such a shame really.
The variety is good. We ordered mango salad (recommended), pho noodles and crispy fried egg noodle. It could take a while for the food to come. Food is delicious and quantity is good. Service is adequate.
Best place to go for late eats in Vancouver. Serving is big and affordable pricing. Best bang for your buck.
The place is ok, the staff was friendly and polite, we ordered to start spring rolls 10/10 soo tasty!, then we ordered a big brisket pho 8/10, is was good but the broth could be richer, also we ordered a Vermicelli 8/10, also to drink a lemonade, we paid around 50-55 cad, in general was good.
